About Frank Frank West is the owner and CEO of Frontera Builders. He is a 1997 graduate of Baylor University with degrees in Marketing and Spanish. Frank is married to Tara West and they have a daughter, Madison, and a son, Logan. Frank and his family attend the 1st Evangelical Free church and enjoy volunteering in the children’s ministry. Frank also enjoys time with his family, golf, hunting, fishing , and triathlons.
